We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. Log and Usage Data. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information collected when you use our Facebook application(s)

By default we access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as friends, check-ins, and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with innovative solutions. The terms in this Privacy Notice govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.

Use of AI Technologies

We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Anthropic. As outlined in this Privacy Notice, your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products for purposes outlined in "WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?" You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.

Data Processed Through AI Products

When you or your customers use our AI chatbot services, we may process:

This data is processed through our AI Service Providers (including Anthropic) to provide automated responses, schedule appointments, optimize customer communication workflows, and deliver business insights.

How We Process Your Data Using AI

All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with our Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties. This ensures high security and safeguards your personal information throughout the process, giving you peace of mind about your data's safety.

6. WHAT THIRD-PARTY SERVICES DO WE INTEGRATE WITH?

In Short: Our Services integrate with various third-party platforms to provide automation and business intelligence services.

To deliver our automated services, we integrate with and share data with the following categories of third-party services:

When using these integrations, data is shared with third-party services solely to provide the automated services you've requested. Each third-party service maintains its own privacy policy governing their use of your data. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use through our platform.

We implement appropriate security measures when sharing data with third-party services and only share the minimum data necessary to provide the requested functionality.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note: withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, nor affect processing of personal information conducted on lawful grounds other than consent.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by contacting us using the details provided in "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?". You will then be removed from marketing lists, but we may still communicate with you for service-related or non-marketing purposes (e.g., account administration, responding to requests).

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile apps include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature you can activate to signal that you do not want online browsing data collected.

At this stage, there is no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals, so we do not currently respond to them or other automated communications of a “do not track” choice.

If an industry standard for online tracking is adopted in the future, we will follow it and update this Privacy Notice accordingly.

California law requires us to let you know we respect web browser DNT signals. However, since no current industry or legal standard exists, we do not respond to them at this time.

We have not collected any personal information in the past twelve (12) months as we are a newly established service. However, to provide transparency about our future data practices, we outline below the categories of personal information we may collect as we begin operations:

Category A - Identifiers: We do not currently collect contact details such as real names, postal addresses, telephone or mobile contact numbers, unique personal identifiers, online identifiers, Internet Protocol addresses, email addresses, or account names. We may collect this information in the future to provide our services.

Category B - Personal Information under California Customer Records statute: We do not currently collect names, contact information, education details, employment information, employment history, or financial information.

Category C - Protected Classification Characteristics: We do not collect gender, age, date of birth, race and ethnicity, national origin, marital status, or other demographic data.

Category D - Commercial Information: We do not currently collect transaction information, purchase history, financial details, or payment information. We may collect this information in the future as part of our service delivery.

Category E - Biometric Information: We do not collect fingerprints, voiceprints, or any other biometric information.

Category F - Internet or Network Activity: We do not currently collect browsing history, search history, online behavior, interest data, or information about interactions with websites, applications, systems, or advertisements. We may collect this information in the future to improve our services.

Category G - Geolocation Data: We do not currently collect device location information. We may collect this information in the future if needed for service delivery.

Category H - Audio, Electronic, or Sensory Information: We do not collect images, audio, video, or call recordings created in connection with our business activities.

Category I - Professional or Employment-Related Information: We do not currently collect business contact details, job titles, work history, or professional qualifications. We may collect this information in the future to provide business-level services.

Category J - Education Information: We do not collect student records or directory information.

Category K - Inferences from Personal Information: We do not currently draw inferences from collected personal information to create profiles or summaries about individual preferences and characteristics.

Category L - Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws.

This disclosure reflects our data collection practices for the past twelve (12) months. As our business operations commence, we will update this privacy notice to accurately reflect the categories of personal information we actually collect. Request Verification

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.

If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you to submit such request on your behalf.

Appeals

Under certain US state data protection laws, if we decline to take action regarding your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us at support@datarunai.com. We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
